    To prepare for our service, we advise lowering the water level in your pool below the area that needs repair. Then, thoroughly clean the exposed surface by removing any loose debris, old adhesive, and grout using a scraper or wire brush. It's crucial that the surface is clean, dry, and smooth to ensure proper adhesion for the new tiles we'll be installing.
  • Do you offer any guarantees or warranties for your work?

    We provide a 3-year workmanship warranty on our services. Additionally, we adhere to the manufacturer warranties for all products used during our work.
  • What services does M & J Plastering offer?

    Our service offerings include Pebble Tec application, pool plastering, repair and replacement work, pool remodels for both commercial and residential pools, pool tile repair, and tile cleaning.
  • How long would be my pools be down?

    Typically, our services can be completed within a two-week timeframe. For more extensive remodeling projects, it may take longer. We'll discuss the specific timeline for your project during our initial consultation.
  • Do you take any payment upfront for the services?

    We don't require any upfront payment. Our payment structure involves a percentage due after the demolition phase is completed, with the remaining balance due upon completion of all services.
